There are total 538 students are selected as per ANTHE Scholarship criteria out of specified top 800 students of Aakash National Talent Hunt Exam 2011 Stage-II.
Out of those 538, 25% for medical stream i.e. 135 candidates and 75% for engineering i.e. 403 candidates but in case of engineering stream only 317 students fulfilled 60% minimum marks criteria.
So, the final selection of both streams is as follows:
* 135 Students selected for Medical Stream.
* 317 Students selected for Engineering Stream
The ANTHE scholarship distribution is stated below:
1. Under 100% Scholarship in Course Fee + Hostel Fee:
It includes Registration Fee, Admission Fee, Tuition Fee with Free Hostel as a scholarship. Under this category, AIR 1-100 top candidates are counted (25 for Medical and 75 for Engineering).
Only 25 students selected for medical stream that fulfilled AIR 0-100 category with 60% minimum marks criteria. And on the other hand, only 54 students selected for engineering stream that fulfilled AIR 0-100 category with 60% minimum marks criteria.
2. Under 100% Scholarship in Course Fee:
It includes Registration Fee, Admission Fee and Tuition Fee as a scholarship. Hostel Fee is chargeable if opted by the candidate. Under this category, AIR 101-400 top candidates are counted (75 for Medical and 225 for Engineering).
Only 75 students selected for medical stream that fulfilled AIR 101-400 category with 60% minimum marks criteria. And on the other hand, only 178 students selected for engineering stream that fulfilled AIR 101-400 category with 60% minimum marks criteria.
3. Under 100% Scholarship in Tuition Fee only:
It includes Tuition Fee as a scholarship. Registration Fee, Admission Fee and Hostel Fee are chargeable if opted by the candidate. Under this category, AIR 401-800 top candidates are counted (100 for Medical and 300 for Engineering).
Only 35 students selected for medical stream that fulfilled AIR 401-800 category with 60% minimum marks criteria. And on the other hand, only 85 students selected for engineering stream that fulfilled AIR 401-800 category with 60% minimum marks criteria.
Note:
* This data is received by one of the contestant who qualified ANTHE Stage-II 2011.
[Candidates who are not qualified or selected or couldn’t appear in 2011 ANTHE Exam can take participation in next year’s ANTHE-Exam-2012 probably will be conducted in last week of November 2012.]
